IF you have been following the practices, by now you will have a daily exercise routine, have perfected your diet, and have developed superior meditation skill. You will have a clear understanding of the importance of feeling, and recognize feeling as a more primary way of using the mind than rational thinking. You will have realized that feeling is a valuable source of knowledge. Feeling-knowledge is intuition. Intuition applied to our personal physical experience takes time to develop. It will take more time to develop intuition applied to our environmental experiences, but the result is that we will have transcended time to arrive in the present. |
